- Compared to May of last year, the price of both one- and two-bedroom units in Houston have remained flat.
- Just shy of the $1,900 threshold, The Museum District ($1,890) is the most expensive neighborhood to rent in this summer.
- Hunter Creek Village, Fourth Ward and Downtown Houston are the next priciest areas.
- More affordable rentals priced below $600 could be found in areas such as Kashmere Gardens, Pecan Park and Trinity-Houston Gardens.
