Zumper recently examined May’s median rent prices of one-bedroom homes in Miami this summer. Here are its findings:

Fisher Island continues to be the most expensive neighborhood to rent in Miami, with a one-bedroom median price of $4,600.

Park West, Venetian Islands and Village of Key Biscayne followed suit as the next priciest.

More affordable rentals, priced between $1,300 to $1,500, include Miami Shores, East Little Havana and Riviera.
