Zumper recently examined the median rent prices for one-bedroom homes in Manhattan. Here are its findings:
- Over the past year, the price of one-bedroom units in New York City have appreciated over 3 percent.
- Tribeca and NoMad were the priciest neighborhoods to rent in this summer, with both asking for a median of $4,500 for one-bedroom units.
- The most affordable rentals, priced between $1,850 to $2,100, could be found in Washington Heights, Central Harlem and West Harlem.
