Under the deal, Realty One Group’s 11,000 real estate professionals across 35 states will gain access to HomeKeepr in early December, through an integration with the real estate brand’s tech platform zONE.

As tech companies stretch the Internet’s lead-generation capacity to its limit, agents are increasingly turning to software that can help them tap existing contacts for business.

Fast-growing real estate franchisor Realty One Group‘s newly announced partnership with HomeKeepr, a home services vendor marketplace that agents can gift to clients, illustrates this trend.

Under the deal, Realty One Group’s 11,000 real estate professionals across 35 states will gain access to HomeKeepr in early December, through an integration with the real estate brand’s tech platform, zONE.

Agents can give HomeKeepr’s web and mobile application to past and prospective buyer clients so they can access an agent’s network of preferred home services providers — such as plumbers, carpenters and landscapers — and maintain a journal of a property’s features and appliances. Users will also receive home maintenance tips and blog posts that include agent branding.

The app offers a way for agents to try to hover on a homeowner’s radar, either to help convert the user into a client or raise the odds of receiving referrals.

“HomeKeepr will make it easy for Realty One Group’s real estate professionals to stay in touch with homeowners and prospects in a myriad of meaningful ways and to make trusted referrals to local service pros for any repair job,” said Realty One Group CEO Kuba Jewgieniew in a statement.
