As part of the ongoing effort to serve its 96,000 members, California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), the nation’s largest MLS, has established a relationship with LionDesk, a popular customer relationship (CRM) platform for real estate agents.
According to CRMLS, this is the first deal between an MLS of this size and a customer relationship management (CRM) provider. LionDesk is immediately available to members.
In a press release, LionDesk founder and CEO, David Anderson, expressed excitement at being a part of such a notable MLS and said the timing is unique.
“The timing of the partnership aligns perfectly with the soon-to-be launched new LionDesk, which will include listing management and full MLS search capabilities in additional to the current suite of tools,” he said.
The software is known for its omnichannel approach to marketing, enabling agents to blend an array of outreach tactics to reach and track leads and customers. It offers video texting, response automation features, email management, auto-dialers and a number of other ways to augment business.
According to LionDesk, tens of thousands of agents use it to help run their business.
“We pride ourselves on bringing our users the best tools and opportunities to remain ahead of the curve,” said CRMLS CEO Art Carter. “We’re excited to add LionDesk to our Solutions line.”
CRMLS has 37 Realtor associations under its brand, and it uses technology partnerships to augment the reach of its membership.
LionDesk joins Remine and Realtors Property Resource (RPR) in the organization’s “mutltipurpose platform” category of service providers.
Editor’s note: This article has been corrected to note that CRMLS oversees one multiple listing service and this is the first deal between an MLS of this size and a CRM.
