The tool, powered by RealScout, gives brokerages insights into buyers searching for homes and what they’re looking for in the market.

A group of Nashville brokerages are partnering to launch their own Buyer Graph, a tech-powered tool that allows brokerages to share anonymized buyer data and habits. The tool, powered by RealScout, gives brokerages insights into buyers looking for homes and what they’re looking for in the market.

In Nashville, the founding brokerages are Benchmark Realty, Parks Realty, Pilkerton Realtors, Fridrich & Clark Realty, Realty ONE Group, RE/MAX Choice Properties, Worth Properties, and Vylla Home.

“Our brokerage partners in Tennessee saw the potential of a collaborative data platform that surfaces insights never available before,” RealScout President Andrew Flachner said in a statement. “Not only will this deliver a better consumer experience, we hope it will streamline marketing and decision-making throughout the market.”

Nashville is the latest market to get a Buyer Graph, following Denver, northern Colorado, New York City, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Orange County, California. To date, there are now 47 brokerages and 31,816 agents across seven regions sharing anonymized buyer data to enhance their offerings.

Together, the brokerages will share anonymized buyer data and access advanced market analytics provided by RealScout. With the power of this data, brokerages will be able to better advise selling clients on pricing strategies — like how to list homes so that buyers will be interested at varying price points.

The brokerages will also be able to provide buy-side clients with insight into the kinds of properties competing home buyers may be looking at, as well as their purchase ability.

RealScout’s technology platform also provides listing and search alert, consumer behavior data and analysis in addition to the Buyer Graph.

“This intuitive search platform, which combines leading user experience and irreplaceable agent expertise in one place, will put our clients in the post position in an extremely competitive market,” Phillip Cantrell, CEO of Benchmark Realty, said in a statement. “Beyond that, the ability to match buyers and sellers together using the Buyer Graph creates an unprecedented approach to satisfying client needs.”
