The initial launch of the tech tool, which allows brokerages to share anonymized buyer data and habits, boasts 10 brokerage partners.

The Buyer Graph initiative — a tech-powered way for brokerages to share anonymized buyer data and habits — is launching this week in Denver and northern Colorado with 10 initial brokerage partners.

The first announced partners of the platform are Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Innovative Real Estate; 8z Real Estate; The Group, Inc. Real Estate; Kentwood Real Estate; Littleton South-MetroBrokers; RE/MAX Alliance; RE/MAX Professionals; Shorewood Real Estate; WK Real Estate; and Your Castle Real Estate. More brokerages are expected in the fourth quarter of 2018, Real Scout President Andrew Flachner said.

“Denver was a natural fit for Buyer Graph, with a core of brokerages dedicated to delivering outstanding consumer experiences,” Flachner said. “I have no doubt that our Colorado broker partners will see the same success as our 135 other partner brokers.”

Together, the brokerages will share anonymized buyer data and access advanced market analytics provided by RealScout. With the power of this data, brokerages will be able to better advise selling clients on pricing strategies — like how to list homes so that buyers will be interested at varying price points.

The brokerages will also be able to provide buy-side clients with insight into the kinds of properties competing home buyers may be looking at, as well as their purchase ability.

“It’s remarkable to see such widespread adoption of RealScout’s platform in the greater Denver area,” said Chad Ochsner, the owner of RE/MAX Alliance. “This unprecedented cooperative effort will enable unique consumer experiences and raise the bar for how agents use technology throughout our market.”

The Buyer Graph is open to any brokerages that want to join or talk to RealScout about starting the initiative in their respective markets.

Many of the brokerage partners currently use the technology platform powered by real estate tech startup RealScout. That platform includes listing and search alert, consumer behavior data and analysis in addition to the Buyer Graph.

Since launching in New York City in September 2018, a total of 135 brokerage partners have signed on to Buyer Graph initiatives in New York City, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Orange County.

RealScout is a San Francisco-based technology startup that aims to match homebuyers and homes by providing brokerages with buyer data from lead to close. With the platform, which is live in more than 100 markets, real estate professionals can capture buyer attention, collect data and use it to close deals.
