As executive vice president of culture and agent development for @properties, Amy Corr is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of coaching, training and business-planning solutions to help the firm’s 3,000+ agents grow their business and accomplish both their professional and personal goals.
Amy began her real estate career in 2002 and joined @properties in 2004, becoming a top-producing agent in the city of Chicago. She transitioned into a management role in 2010. As vice president of brokerage services, Amy spearheaded the launch and rapid expansion of @properties on the North Shore, opening offices in Winnetka, Highland Park, Lake Forest and Bannockburn. Within five years, @properties became the #1 brokerage firm in the region, growing from less than 1% market share on the North Shore to over 20% market share. In 2018, Amy was named “Managing Broker of the Year” by Chicago Agent Magazine.
In her role, Amy focuses on a custom, @-branded curriculum that addresses the full spectrum of residential brokerage – from teaching the fundamentals of the industry (@academy), to helping agents demonstrate their value (Getting What Your Worth), to guiding agents toward a milestone of $10 million in annual sales volume (Road to Rolex). She is also involved with macro initiatives such as integrating pl@tform™, @properties’ proprietary technology suite, into agents’ businesses.
A true agent advocate, Amy has a passion for coaching and an innate ability to push people to do their best. Her high emotional intelligence ensures agents can always count on her for a healthy dose of kindness, empathy, positivity and motivation – qualities that align seamlessly with the @properties culture. No matter where Amy is, she establishes a fun and welcoming environment that celebrates the individual while strengthening the team.
Born and raised in the San Francisco area, Amy graduated from Santa Clara University before moving to Chicago to work as an account director for a technology firm. She lives in Wilmette with her husband and two daughters.
