Richard is principal creative executive for Regency Media and formerly managed FNT Portland’s regional brand and corporate relations strategy. He was also responsible for a number of initiatives with a focus on relationships with the company’s key clients. In addition to community relations and communications, he was assigned special projects including implementation for CFPB external affairs. For Fidelity Portland’s strategic marketing consultancy, he worked with regional real estate and lending talent totaling over $3 billion in annual production volume as principal creative executive and provided leadership for the company’s Private Client Group.
Previously, he worked in the mortgage profession for 12 years directing marketing, public relations, and business development for a locally-owned mortgage broker. In addition to chairing three statewide conventions for the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals.
