Wilkins who’s 40 year career includes acting as an expert witness for various parties at the local, state and federal level, a General Certified Appraiser; owner of NEPA Mgmt Assocs a full service and one of the largest property management companies in NE Pennsylvania. Wilkins serves as appointed Chairman for the Affordable Housing Board; is a founder of the Monroe County Landlord Association; past Board member of the Pocono Mt Assoc of Realtors and along with his wife Christine A Wilkins, a Stroud Township Supervisor and President of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates have been and continue to be active donors to a number of local fraternities, civic organizations and non profits throughout the Pocono Mountains.
