Franchisor Re/Max LLC has included real estate listing and marketing company HomeFinder.com in its approved supplier program, giving its 90,000 agents enhanced access to the vendor’s digital marketing platform.

Re/Max broker-owners and agents will have access to HomeFinder.com’s single-property websites and the option to enhance listings on the firm’s consumer-facing home search site.

"Nearly 90 percent of buyers start their search for a new home on the Internet," said Mike Reagan, senior vice president, business alliances at Re/Max, in a statement. "For our agents and offices, having an increased Web presence is vital to their business and customer service."

HomeFinder.com, which claims to capture 3.4 million unique visitors to its website each month and powers listing data for 375 newspaper websites, joins more than 150 vendors who are Re/Max "approved suppliers." Approved suppliers typically offer Re/Max broker-owners and agents discounts that Re/Max has negotiated for them.

"Through our participation in the Re/Max Approved Supplier program, Re/Max agents and brokers will be able to further distribute valuable listing content and engage with our active homebuying and selling consumer audience," said Doug Breaker, president and CEO, HomeFinder.com

Last month, the home management service HomeZada, which offers agent-branded pro versions of its software to agents to give to their clients, became a Re/Max approved vendor.

Denver-based Re/Max, founded in 1973, currently has approximately 90,000 sales associates in 85 countries.
