More than 100 multiple listing services are now providing their members with the ability to access agent-to-agent data through CoreLogic’s Data Co-op, a map-based interface for searching both local and cooperative MLS listings.

The addition of Michigan’s largest MLS, 11,000-plus member Realcomp II Ltd., in April pushed participation in Data Co-op past the century mark, CoreLogic said today.

“Data Co-op offers a new way for Realcomp subscribers to extend their reach and improve service to clients,” said Realcomp CEO Karen Kage in a statement.

Realcomp also uses CoreLogic’s Matrix MLS platform and Realist public records database. The Farmington Hills-based MLS recently joined CoreLogic’s Partner InfoNet, in which MLSs contributing sold listing data receive a share of revenue generated by the sale of analytics products derived from that data.

The number of data fields supported by CoreLogic’s Data Co-op has more than doubled since its inception, the company said. The Data Co-op incorporates the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) newly expanded data set, making it fast and easy for almost any MLS to join the program, CoreLogic said.

Data Co-op also provides property data and reports such as RealAVM valuations, tax records, listing history, nearby schools, neighborhood data, community demographics, real estate trends, and foreclosure information, in a consolidated dashboard view for each listing.

“By combining MLS data and diverse property information with proprietary CoreLogic reports and analytical tools, Data Co-op offers real estate professionals a unique application to research real estate and deliver the information today’s homebuyers demand,” said Chris Bennett, general manager of CoreLogic MLS Solutions, in a statement.
