Property listings distributor ListHub has announced a software integration with Showing Suite, a provider of real estate showing management software.

The integration will allow brokers and agents who use ListHub and Showing Suite to purchase reports that knit together Showing Suite data, like the number of showings of a property and feedback from buyers who attend those showings, and ListHub market analytics.

The integration “represents an important step toward including offline marketing insights alongside the online analytics we provide to our customers,” said Luke Glass, general manager of ListHub.

A subsidiary of realtor.com operator Move Inc., ListHub says it synchronizes listing information from more than 450 data sources with more than 125 listing publishers, including Zillow and Trulia. The company also is a leading platform for listing management, claiming to serve more than 50,000 brokerage firms.

The reports that it offers agents and brokers consolidate listing visibility across listing publishers, as well as franchise, multiple listing services (MLS), broker and agent websites, in order to provide marketing insight.

“For broker and agent customers who use both products, they will now be able to leverage one single consolidated report instead of two,” Glass said.

The announcement comes shortly after Showing Suite said that it planned to roll out a cloud-based automated appointment scheduling tool that will eliminate the need to use call centers. Homebuyers and agents who use “Showing Robot” will be able to schedule showings by either clicking a link in their multiple listing service platform, sending a text message or making a phone call.

The tool will then call, text or email relevant parties, which can include sellers, listing agents, asset managers or renters. If a seller confirms first, the listing agent will then get a phone call confirming the appointment.
