NuOffer, a real estate startup that streamlines the offer process by allowing agents to draft, sign and send an offer digitally, will soon feature an integration with the form-filling software zipForm.

The partnership will allow NuOffer users to access forms in zipForm seamlessly from the offer platform, said Melissa Davis, a spokeswoman for zipLogix Inc., which makes zipForm.

The new deal will also allow NuOffer, which currently gets data feeds from five multiple listing services in Texas including Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors and North Texas Regional Information Services, to grow in California, said NuOffer co-founder Imraan Ali.

Ali said the integration should be live within a month.

The California Association of Realtors licenses its electronic real estate forms exclusively to zipLogix, which precludes users of technologies other than zipForm from filling out CAR forms digitally. Partnerships like the one with NuOffer offer users a workaround.

“We are excited about the prospect of seamless integration into to a variety of products to add value to the professional lives of agents everywhere,” said Walt McDonald, chairman of the board for zipLogix, in a statement.

ZipLogix and DocuSign announced a zipForm integration with DocuSign’s transaction management platform (formerly known as Cartavi) in October.

CAR owns and runs zipLogix through its subsidiary Real Estate Business Services Inc., making its decision not to allow license its forms to rival transaction mangement platforms like dotloop the subject of some controversy.

ZipForm is the exclusive and official forms software of the National Association of Realtors, which owns a 30 percent stake in zipLogix.
