The more than 500 real estate brokerages that belong to Leading Real Estate Companies of the World now have access to dotloop’s broker platform at an initial annual discount and other perks with the addition of the transaction management platform to the Leading RE network’s preferred vendor program.

LeadingRE members represent 120,000 agents in nearly 50 countries. Those who are already dotloop customers get the ability to convert 25 PDF documents to interactive forms for free, a feature that dotloop charges for in some cases.

Two LeadingRE members, Indianapolis-based F.C. Tucker (1,500 agents) and Nashville, Tennessee-based Bob Parks Realty (550 agents), have also signed up to provide dotloop to their agents.

Dotloop and nearly 30 other firms that belong to LeadingRE’s preferred vendor network pay a marketing fee and must meet certain quality standards to earn an endorsement from the network and be featured in communications with members, LeadingRE’s vice president of corporate marketing, Robin LaSure, said. Dotloop competitors DocuSign and Lone Wolf are members of LeadingRE’s preferred vendor program.

Dotloop has focused on signing up brokers this year. In January, it launched a new broker-focused version of its platform that included enhanced customer service and training, and customization and branding options.

Dotloop digital transaction management competitors DocuSign and SkySlope are also currently going strong after brokerages. DocuSign launched its own broker-focused platform in February, and SkySlope signed up large brokerage Alain Pinel Realtors in July.

DocuSign joined the preferred vendor program of Canada’s largest franchisor, Royal LePage, in June.

Editor’s note: LeadingRE members who are currently dotloop users get the ability to convert 25 PDF documents to interactive forms for free, not the unlimited amount that a previous version of this story implied.
