In the kickoff to Inman’s weekly #toplistingvids contest, a film showcasing a playful Las Vegas compound goes head to head with a video for what’s billed as the nation’s most expensive listing: Palazzo di Amore in Beverly Hills, California.

See the videos, and poll, for this week’s videos below:

The luxury real estate marketing firm Ruhm produced the piece for the $12.5 million, 13,255-square-foot Las Vegas home, which is listed by Jill Lorenz, an agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties.

A cheeky hostess takes viewers on a tour of the home, with actors displaying how potential buyers may enjoy the home’s outstanding features such as a bowling alley, seven “fire features,” and showers that pour water down like rain.

The video showcasing the 12-bedroom $195 million Palazzo di Amore, listed by the Coldwell Banker Real Estate agents Joyce Ray and Stacy Gottula, also includes a hostess who takes viewers through the home and actors who show how to enjoy a private vineyard, overlooks of Los Angeles and wine cellar.

The video was produced by Coldwell Banker Real Estate for its “World’s Most Expensive Homes” series.

Each Monday we’ll present a handful of listing videos for readers to vote on. On Friday, we’ll announce a winner along with a more in-depth feature about the listing, how the video was produced and the agent who’s marketing it.

This week, we feature uber-luxury videos with high budgets. In following weeks, we’ll feature listing videos that fall into different categories.

Poll voting will close on Thursday, May 7 at midnight Eastern time.
