This spring, we will announce a new and growing team of Inman Ambassadors.

The influence of our Ambassadors lies in their connections and ability to connect others in the industry. In that spirit, this summer we will be inviting a select group of Inman Ambassadors to participate in Inman Connect San Francisco 2015. They will not only be sharing their experience with their network on social media, but they will also be special emissaries at Connect — helping us connect the 2,500 expected attendees with each other.

Does this sound a little like you? A lot like you? Below is our description of the Ambassador role, along with 10 questions for you to answer. Submit your answers by this Friday — and if chosen by our Inman internal review committee, you’ll be part of a fun, organized, year-round program dedicated to the Inman vision: raising the real estate IQ and nurturing new connections, for yourself and others.

What is an Inman Ambassador?

Inman Ambassadors are real estate industry professionals selected for their year-round commitment to the vision of Inman and to raising the bar in real estate through education and events. They are cheerleaders, explainers, interpreters and connectors to people in and out of the Inman community. They are on the cutting edge of what Inman is doing with content, innovative products, events and new media. Each Ambassador holds a prominent position within their social circle and has a substantial social footprint. They have earned the trust of their peers and are well-known in the real estate community.

Twice a year, a special Ambassador Team is chosen to be the “eyes and ears” of the Inman Connect events in San Francisco and New York — giving attendees and nonattendees the inside scoop on all things Connect. Their most important role is connecting people at Connect. Ambassadors also take photos, videos, live-blog and live-tweet.

Inman is honored to share their energy, passion for excellence and enthusiasm for forging strong connections. Inman Ambassadors are passionate digital concierges at our events, and represent an extension of the Inman team.
