  • Fear holds many agents back from achieving greater success.
  • You might not even be consciously acknowledging your fears.
  • One of the common themes raised by many agents is how to overcome the fears that are limiting them from dollar-productive activities that lead to success.

Is fear holding you back? We’re not necessarily talking about a major traumatic experience that leaves you trembling in your shoes — maybe it’s just a discomfort in certain social situations or a nervousness about approaching new prospects.

It might be even more subtle. Maybe you’re afraid of coming across as pushy by bringing your real estate profession into the conversation with friends and relatives, or you feel apprehensive about advertising yourself as a real estate agent.

Across our coaching practice, one of the common themes raised by many agents is how to overcome the fears that are limiting agents from networking, prospecting, showing homes, taking listings and all of the dollar-productive activities that lead to success.

As we work with agents to identify and overcome those fears, we often find many other subconscious fears that agents aren’t even aware of — and eliminating those as well leads to greater performance.
