REcolorado.com, Colorado’s largest multiple listing service (MLS), has partnered with a dozen homebuilders and real estate developers to expand the website to include listings of rental properties and new home construction.

Homebuyers now have access to hundreds of rental properties in the Denver metro and surrounding areas, as well as newly built homes, new home plans and homes that are currently under construction. Each of the rental properties is listed by a licensed real estate agent.

The website has also received a facelift to improve user navigation and functionality. New home plans and communities are entered into the MLS and go directly to REcolorado.com, which is updated every 15 minutes, so the website boasts that “When consumers search REcolorado.com, they are essentially searching the MLS directly.”

Originally founded in 1984 as Metrolist, REcolorado.com currently lists nearly 1,500 homes in 32 communities across the state, and more than 18,000 real estate professionals belong to the online community.

  • Lokal
  • McStain
  • Meritage Homes
  • New Town Builders
  • Taylor Morrison

  • Verona Building Co.

“The popularity of REcolorado.com has grown significantly in the past two years because it provides quick and easy access to home listings, along with tools that allow home seekers to seamlessly communicate with their Realtor,” said Kirby Slunaker, president and CEO of REcolorado.

“With inventory levels among the tightest in the country and homes that stay on the market for just a few days, real-time, accurate information is critical for consumers to find their next home.”

REcolorado.com serves five Realtor associations: the Aurora Association of Realtors, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the Douglas/Elbert Realtor Association, the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors and the South Metro Denver Realtor Association.
