Looking for a new brokerage to join? Baird & Warner may be the best option.

Chicagoland’s largest independently owned brokerage was named the no. 1 workplace for the second year in a row by the Chicago Tribune, and received its fourth consecutive top workplace award.

The company, which was named no. 2 in 2013 and no. 3 in 2012, is obviously doing something right. Steve Baird, president and CEO of Baird and Warner said in a statement that the company culture that “empowers us to grow as individuals and thrive as a company” is the key to its success.

The company celebrated its 160th anniversary this year with 2,300 agents located throughout the entire Chicagoland area.

And beyond the company being a great place to work, Baird & Warner recently announced a new tool for homebuyers and sellers who are looking to sell off some of their personal belongings before moving into a new home. In effort to make the real estate process seamless, Baird & Warner is partnering with Everything By The House.

Everything But The House helps to auction off items in personal collections, that “reflect years of careful curations,” according to a release.
