Buyers of the Toll Brothers City Living development can bask in a slew of luxurious touches and amenities in the booming West Village neighborhood of Manhattan, including Carrara marble bathrooms and a communal wine cellar-tasting room combo.

“100 Barrow Street offers residents the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the city: the West Village,” said David von Spreckelsen, president of Toll Brothers City Living New York Division. “The homes offer gracious living spaces, plentiful amenities and an exceptional downtown lifestyle.”

While completion is not slated until Fall 2017, buyers can snag the more modest apartments for a cool $4.5 million. The most expensive units cost up to $14 million, with the top floor location offering north, east and south views of Manhattan’s cityscape.

Barry Rice Architects opted for a brick and glass façade, matching the surrounding buildings and adhering to the historic look of the West Village.

Apartments range from two to four bedrooms, each with open concept living-dining spaces, oversized windows and high ceilings. The interiors, from Bernheimer Architecture, have a modern-luxe concept, complete with custom fixtures.

Master baths continue the Carrara in a grey and black swirl. Bernheimer included double vanities in white lacquer, bronze Watermark fixtures, large showers and deep soaking tubs for a high-end feel.

Comforts include a fitness center with steam room and sauna, children’s playroom, 24-hour doorman and pet spa. Adjacent to the private black granite and white oak wine tasting room is a party-friendly dining and lounge area. There’s also an outdoor terrace at the lobby level.

The neighborhood is a prime spot in the West Village Landmark District. Cobblestone streets, the gardens of The Church of St. Luke in the Fields and the Hudson River Park are all within a stone’s throw. Numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques are scattered throughout the surrounding blocks. Convenient spots such as the West 4th Street subway stop (with access to A, C, E, B, D, F, and M trains) and the Christopher Street PATH and subway stop are also nearby.

Toll Brothers City Living handles both sales and marketing for the property, with a gallery located on the fifth floor of 426 W. 14th St. To see current availability and pricing, or more about the property, visit the website.
