Born and raised in Sweden, Eklund came to America in his early 20’s after dropping out of business school. He got by living in a one-room apartment with two roommates and selling food to tourists before earning his real estate license.

During his first year in the business, he sold more than $50 million worth of property. Today he’s a staple of New York City real estate scene, beloved for his colorful personality and his signature high kick.

A top broker at Douglas Elliman and co-founder of the Eklund Gomes Team, Eklund has secured over five billion dollars in closed residential sales since arriving in New York in 2003.

Eklund is known as Manhattan’s “Broker to the Stars,” selling luxury penthouse apartments and mega-mansions to many of Hollywood and the music industry’s biggest names. Fredrik totaled $200 million in sales to New York’s most elite buyers during the first month of 2016.

Eklund is the star of the Emmy Award-nominated Bravo TV hit show, Million Dollar Listing New York — entering its sixth season in 2017. He has also been featured in GQ and Fox’s PageSix TV, and he regularly engages in speaking tours across the globe.

Last year his book, The Sell: The Secrets of Selling Anything to Anyone, was listed as a New York Times Bestseller.

Don’t miss the chance to hear his story and learn the secrets of his success.
