• Entrepreneurs do the things they don't want to do when they don't want to do them. For agents, it's lead generation, follow-up, prequalifying, presenting, negotiating and closing. Lather, rinse, repeat!
  • Entrepreneurs put profit first. If 18 percent profit sounds good to you, it's because you're putting it last.
  • Entrepreneurs are always learning. When you think you've seen it all, that's when things will sneak up on you.

We conclude our series today with the final two traits of a true entrepreneur.

How many of our points have resonated with you? Are you on the right track or still exhibiting qualities of a employee rather than a business owner?

11. You listen

Always be upgrading, learning and implementing. Once you think you already know it all, on that day your income is already starting to degrade.

Listen to our interviews; if you can pick up just one actionable item, phrase or script from these top producers and integrate it into your practice, you’ll soon accelerate to the next level.

Don’t keep trying to reinvent the wheel!

12. You focus on what matters (when you figure out what matters)

“Entrepreneurs fall down and pick themselves up until they get it right,” Micha Kaufman, co-founder and CEO of the fast-growth online freelance marketplace Fiverr, told Entrepreneur Magazine.

During Fiverr’s launch, instead of trying to deal with “an endless number of potential challenges,” Kaufman and his team focused on “the single biggest challenge every marketplace has: building liquidity. Without liquidity, there is no marketplace.”

What is your product? Profit. That’s what matters.

There you have it. The 12 traits that make up a true entrepreneur! Listen to today’s show for all the details on these points and other practical, tactical tips on how you can put this mindset to work for you.
