Real estate predictive data tool Remine will now be available to agents around Chicagoland through regional multiple listing service Midwest Real Estate Data, according to an announcement from both companies on Tuesday.

Remine is a big data tool that predicts potential property transactions. The platform provides deep data on unlisted properties, adding to those that already appear on MLSs. Homes get a “likely to sell” score to help agents figure out what might be coming up. Much of the data is presented in map form.

Midwest Real Estate Data provides the MLS for Chicago and surrounding counties in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Agents working in the region who subscribe to Midwest Real Estate Data will be able to access more tailored insights about the housing market. The service is included for MRED customers.

“We are thrilled to partner with MRED as they continue to provide forward-thinking technology that empowers their customers.” Remine co-founder Jonathan Spinetto said in a statement. “MRED agents are joining an emerging agent base that now has the data and tools to find new, off-market opportunities to grow their business right within Remine’s unique platform.”

Remine has already partnered MLS platforms and realtors’ associations in Alaska, California, Michigan, Texas, Utah and a few other regions. The data startup is convincing MLS providers that it’s a worthwhile addition for their customer bases.

“We pride ourselves in providing our members with the best and most innovative technology. We see Remine as paramount to continuing these efforts,” Midwest Real Estate Data CEO Rebecca Jensen said in a statement. “We are excited to provide MRED customers with this transformative business tool that allows agents, for the first time, to access merged consumer and property data visualized on a map.”
