VScreen, a real estate video creation company, announced this week it has launched a comprehensive overhaul of its platform, now called VScreen VMS.

VScreen VMS will address all aspects of real estate video content creation, hosting and distribution through a single login.

Inman reported in March that VScreen was acquired by real estate analytics company Terradatum.

Terradatum CEO Mark Spraetz told Inman at the time that the acquisition will help them understand “the increasing role video plays and the growing role millennials play [in real estate], this just seemed like the natural evolution of a partnership.”

VScreen gives agents an array of options to generate original and provided content, including professionally shot, actor-based tips and insight videos.

Content can be distributed to an array of video services, social media accounts and built-in email newsletters templates, as well as to existing agent and brokerage websites.

The company stated in a July 31 press release to Inman that its new product will be offered on Corelogic Clareity’s Discover Dashboard, which helps more than 250,000 agents in 39 MLSs find and access an array of sales and marketing vendor products.

Agent-branded videos can be easily integrated with ongoing marketing plans using a calendar-based scheduling interface. Users need only select a video and choose its date, time and appropriate publishing medium.

There are multiple video types to chose from, as well as music styles and content themes.

Also featured in VScreen VMS is the ability to use video to target local prospects based on ZIP codes, city or county. Agents can send listing-specific videos or community-centric pieces that cover a neighborhood’s amenities or sales statistics.

In an email and press release sent to Inman on July 31, Vice President of Video Services for Terradatum, Inc., Amie Hall, said the new product version was three years in the making.

“We are now a turn-key video marketing suite for agents to access and easily share video content,” Hall said. “Marketing and distribution, without strong content, is pointless. Video content, without marketing and distribution, is equally as pointless. This is why we felt the obvious need to bring both worlds together.”

Agents can record opening and end-credit messages as “tags” to include with videos. Once saved, the pre- and post-roll takes can be added as needed.

Content produced through VScreen VMS are saved, managed and tracked through the system’s primary dashboard.

Terradatum announced that VScreen VMS will be offered for free to real estate agents for a limited time. Interested professionals can sign up at vscreen.com
