This summer we’re looking at the state of the luxury agent & broker in today’s increasingly complex real estate market. In October, we’ll gather in Beverly Hills at Luxury Connect to share best practices, network, and create blueprint for the luxury agent/broker of tomorrow. Don’t miss it.

Mid-century-modern is one of the most beloved architectural and interior design styles in the country, especially in the Los Angeles area, where so many pristine examples of mid-century-modern design are still around today. And at a special off-site event at Luxury Connect, attendees who register in advance will be able to tour one of the most lauded and high-end mid-century-modern homes around: the Lew House.

Designed by Richard Neutra, the Lew House has been exquisitely preserved. Every room is a gorgeous example of mid-century-modern architecture and interior design, from the finishes to the furniture, and you’ll get a chance to walk through it all at Luxury Connect, October 16 through 18 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Located just one mile from the Sunset Strip, the Lew House is a four-bedroom luxury residence that rents for $1,495 per night. Luxury Connect attendees who register for the design trends tour will get to peruse every room in the museum-like home on a self-guided tour, followed by a talk by Ron Radziner, design principal at Marmol Radziner and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architecture (FAIA) who has been involved in restoring historic modern buildings by Richard Neutra and several of Neutra’s contemporaries, including Rudolph Schindler and Cliff May.

Radziner has also worked on numerous single-family and multi-family luxury homes in California, New York and Hawaii, in addition to the Century Plaza Hotel, one of downtown Los Angeles’ gems. Hear all about the mid-century-modern era of design upon touring one of its most exemplary properties. — an opportunity you’ll only get to take advantage of as part of Luxury Connect.
