By activating Contactually’s integration with Remine, agents can tap the software’s database to supplement their contacts with relevant property and predicative data.

One focus for real estate software providers has been to flag people who are gearing up to buy or sell homes and then help real estate agents secure their business.

Contactually, a provider of a popular customer relationship management (CRM) system used by real estate brokerages, is journeying down this road by integrating with Remine, software that can pair MLS listings with a rich array of data.

Remine’s add-on tool for multiple listing services (MLSs) lets agents find out a home’s occupancy status and mortgage balance, its owner’s job and whether the home is next to an Airbnb listing, among many other things. It also estimates when a property will next trade hands.

By activating Contactually’s integration with Remine, agents can tap the software’s database to supplement their contacts with relevant property and predictive data.

“This allows them to find and develop new opportunities by identifying when a property is most likely to sell and when a buyer is most likely to buy,” Contactually said in a press release.

The new capability is free, but Remine is only offered through MLSs, so agents and brokers have to be paying for MLS access to use it. Remine is available to more than 750,000 real estate agents in the U.S., according to a spokesperson.

Contactually’s CRM includes features that help agents nurture, prioritize and follow up with leads, clients and referral sources. It recently launched a Chrome browser extension that allows the software to function within Gmail, and also began powering a suite of tech products introduced by real estate coach Tom Ferry.
