More than 38,000 agents and brokers in Texas will soon have access to a full set of tools from property data and analytics firm Remine.

Dallas-based multiple listing service North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) is upgrading to Remine Pro. The product allows MLSs to give all their agents access to Remine’s entire suite of services as a member benefit at no additional cost to the agents.

Starting Aug. 1, NTREIS will launch Remine Pro’s services for all its members. This includes: map-based, public records-enhanced property searches; a comparative market analysis (CMA) tool that incorporates both MLS and off-market properties; a customer relationship management (CRM) system that doesn’t require agents to enter data themselves; chat and collaboration tools for consumers and their agents; a scoring system that predicts the likelihood that someone will sell; integrated marketing for up to 10,000 properties and a mobile app, among other features.

NTREIS launched the Remine platform less than two years ago, and subscribers who wanted premium features had to pay for them directly. In March, Remine shifted its business model to focus on selling services to entire MLSs, rather than trying to “up sell” individual agents.

The shift resulted in layoffs for two-thirds of Remine’s sales staff and came about a month after the company announced that it had raised $30 million in a series A funding round. Remine said at the time that it would use the funding to roll out an “MLS 2.0” platform later this year. The product will put the company more directly in competition with industry heavyweights CoreLogic and Black Knight.

“Remine has continually proven the value of its platform to our members. With the purchase of Remine Pro we continue to focus on our members by staying on the forefront of Remine’s innovation in real estate technology,” said NTREIS CEO John Holley in a prepared statement.

The deal with Remine provides NTREIS members with newly released features such as enhanced public record data, Remine Mobile, and all future Pro enhancements, according to a press release.

“Not only will all members have our premium features unlocked, but they will be the first in line to see coming enhancements,” said Remine COO Jonathan Spinetto in a statement.

But the future enhancements NTREIS members will have access to do not include Remine’s upcoming MLS 2.0 offering, Remine told Inman via email.

NTREIS is the latest mega MLS to bring on Remine Pro. Other MLSs that have signed on to the new offering are Florida’s Stellar MLS, California’s MetroList, Chicago area-based Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED),  Central Jersey MLS (CJMLS), New Mexico’s Southwest MLS (SWMLS), and the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) MLS.

In total, these MLSs have more than 174,000 agent, broker and appraiser members.
