The opportunity to buy three adjoining condos at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton New York and combine them into a single 15,434-square-foot “mega-unit” could be worth $118.5 million to a wealthy, space-hungry buyer.

That’s what Nest Seekers’ Ryan Serhant was thinking when he got the two owners of the three units to list them together. The “crowd-selling” strategy is “sweeping across Manhattan,” the New York Post’s Heidi Mitchell reports.

Yair Tavivian of Douglas Elliman’s Tavivian Sporn Team is representing a listing on East 84th St. for two sellers who expect the buyer will combine their homes into a 60-foot-long, 8,600-square-foot condo — “city living in a suburban-sized space.” Source: nypost.com.
