An Edina Realty agent has created a lead generation website that offers prospective homebuyers who provide their contact information details about down payment assistance programs available in Minnesota.
Edina Realty’s Kris Lindahl has also launched a “Minnesota short-sale calculator” website that explains the short-sale process. Lindahl has put out more than 100 press releases this month touting the websites, including at least one that describes him as “the state’s foremost real estate expert.”
A number of multiple listing services, including St. Paul, Minn.-based NorthstarMLS, alert buyers when they, and properties they are considering, may be eligible for government-funded down payment assistance programs. Those MLSs employ Down Payment Resource, a tool developed by Atlanta-based Workforce Resource LLC. Tucson, Ariz.-based Long Realty last year began offering the Down Payment Resource tool on LongRealty.com and on Long Realty agents’ websites. Source: prweb.com.
