The summit is for entrepreneurs and early-stage technology companies who are working to improve the real estate industry through innovative tech tools and platforms. Only 15 applicants will be chosen to hit the main stage and compete through a series of live demonstrations.

The grand prize winner will receive $25,000 and placement in Realogy’s ZAPStore, an app and service marketplace that integrates with the ZAP platform for the company’s affiliated brokers and sales professionals.

“We’re excited to offer the winner of this year’s FWD event a place in our innovative ZAPStore marketplace, which provides real estate technology vendors the ability to reach our networks of residential real estate brokers and agents through a single integrated platform, ” says Realogy CEO and president, Alex Perriello.

This year’s winner will be following in the footsteps of Avenue, a Toronto-based company who wowed the judges with their app that allows buyers and sellers to get free, real-time advice from agents.

The other two finalists, SOLOPro and Tactile Finance, have made gains of their own in the past year, which includes SOLOPro’s partnership with Lowe’s and Tactile Finance’s push to become the go-to platform for buyers who need financial insight.

Startups that want to participate in this year’s summit must apply by April 18.
