• Your mind, body and wallet need to be in order to achieve happiness and success.
  • When you lack focus in these areas, it shows in your lifestyle.
  • The challenge in real estate is that everything is delayed.

It begins when the sun comes up. Before your feet hit the floor. What are you thinking about? The deal that went south yesterday? The prospect that hung up on you? If you begin the day with negative thoughts, it will be a long uphill climb for the rest of the day.

What if you began every day with a clean slate? With energy and enthusiasm instead of dread and doubt? We’re talking about the importance of the morning routine, the three things you must control to meet your goals and lead a life full of happiness and success.

The beauty of these three things is that they are all controlled by you. If you don’t control them, they will be controlled by someone else with damaging consequences. So, what are these three things? Your mind, body and wallet. When you lack focus and control in these areas, it’s clearly reflected in your daily, weekly and monthly lifestyle — or lack thereof.

In real estate, you encounter delayed response, delayed closings and delayed income. This pattern can wear down your mind and leave you with the subconscious belief that even when you do your best today, you might not be rewarded for it.

So you have to look at your daily role in business. This requires the four-step process of formulation, concentration and breakthrough. Applying this to your mindset, body and wallet is a formula for success, so listen in, and get ready for your breakthrough.
