Long Island’s Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty announced it has won two graphic design awards for a print campaign promoting its brand.

Graphic Design USA recognized the company’s marketing team with two Inhouse Design Awards as part of its 2018 competition. Gale’s submissions were campaigns titled “Your Way Forward” and “What Makes Us.”

According to the organization’s website, “GDUSA’s American Inhouse Design Awards is the original and premier showcase for outstanding work done by inhouse designers and departments.”

Creatively, each campaign leveraged thematic, full-page photography accompanied by succinct supporting copy.

“What Makes Us” summarized the company’s branding arguments, highlighting a series of bold, all-capped terms that encapsulate its business principles: authentic, trusted, timeless, global and innovative.

“The Way Forward” was a warmer, less clinical campaign driving toward the value of homeownership featuring concepts of family, togetherness and a hopeful future.

Daniel Gale shared with Inman the announcement email from Graphic Design USA, which stated in part, “This year saw a record 6,000 entries; a highly selective top 15 percent were selected as winners in this, the original and premier showcase for inhouse designers.”

The campaigns were developed and run by Daniel Gale’s in-house marketing team of Katherine Cirelli, Allison Conte and Sarah Sundberg. It is the third consecutive year that the company has won an award for excellence from Graphic Design USA.

We are exceedingly proud of the team’s ongoing accomplishments and recognition.”

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s was founded in 1922 and currently has more then 950 sales professionals. The company states its worth at $3.3 billion.
