The “Die Hard” star slashed the price of his Bedford home to $9.39 million from the original $12.95 million asking price.

Actor Bruce Willis slashed the price of his New York estate to $9.39 million this week, six months after listing it for $12.95 million, proving once again that not even celebrities are immune to the ebbs and flows of the real estate market.

The Westchester County estate, which Willis and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, have been living in for the past four years, is made up of four homes on 22.6 acres of land. The Willis family bought the estate in two transactions for $12 million in 2014.

Along with the price cut, buyers now also have the option of buying the individual houses. The 8,958-square-foot main house overlooking the Croton Reservoir is up for sale for $7.49 million, rather than the $8.69 million that was initially set. The three adjoining houses are up for sale as a block for $1.89 million, down from the original $1.99 million.

Altogether, the estate comes with two garages, four pools, a tennis court, a wine cellar and a fully furnished chef’s kitchen.

Nancy Strong and Ann Cutbill Lenane, who recently releaseed a YouTube video asking the public for help finding her a romantic match, are the listing agents in charge of selling the property. Lenane told Inman that the Willises have relocated to California and have been selling off their property as a result of the move.

“They’re real sellers and they’re listening to the response of the market and adjusting accordingly,” she said.

This week, Willis also sold the Turks and Caicos estate where they were married for $27 million. The estate sits on 7.37 acres of waterfront property and has four pools, a pirate ship playground and beachfront yoga pavilion.

Nina Siegenthaler and Joe Zahm of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty oversaw the sale as listing agents.
