Janice Lee has been involved in real estate for fourteen years and is in the top 1% of all San Francisco Bay Area residential real estate agents in terms of sales and completed over 350 transactions. She is Top 23 Coldwell Banker San Francisco Peninsula Agent, #1 Agent in her Sunset office and ranked #14 Nationwide with the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Janice Lee graduated from Mount Holyoke College Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations and Asian Studies. Since graduation, she has taken Management, Import/Export and Real Estate courses. Janice has also acted as a principal and has bought and sold numerous homes, including horizontal extensions, conversion of a multi-unit building to condos, investment properties, built brand new construction and consults homeowners, flippers and investors in renovation designs that add value in order to increase their return on investment. As a property owner and investor, she hopes to help people build wealth through real estate.
